Pressure Mounts on the White House: Vardan Voskanian
According to the post by Iranian expert Vardan Voskanian, judging by the recent remarks from the U.S. president, the strikes delivered by Iran against the region's oil and gas infrastructure have been quite painful.
"Throughout this war, it seems there has not been a single instance where the Iranian side has refrained from escalating the level of tension imposed on it and managing that escalation. The extensive retaliatory strikes yesterday, judging by information leaks, have caused the Gulf monarchies to increase pressure on the White House, while balancing Israeli influence in Washington through the pressure from Arab countries is one of Iran's important objectives not only in this war but also in the post-war outlook," Voskanian wrote.
