Independence Declaration Is a Declaration of Conflict and Dependency, Says Nikol Pashinyan

"The issue of the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution is an internal matter for us, and it is necessary for properly positioning ourselves in the world," said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press briefing with journalists, responding to a question regarding the removal of the Declaration of Independence from the new Constitution.

“The Declaration of Independence is a declaration of conflict and dependency,” Pashinyan stated, emphasizing that it is impossible to live without expecting assistance and falling into dependency while threatening neighbors.
