Reza Pahlavi Presents Five Economic Goals for 'Transitional Iran'

Reza Pahlavi, the son of Iran's last Shah, has outlined five economic objectives for what he terms 'Transitional Iran.' In a video message, Pahlavi declared that the transitional authorities will liberate the Iranian economy from the control of military and paramilitary groups, as well as from economic criminals.

"National wealth that has been seized or stolen will be restored and returned to the Iranian citizens. State resources are to be redirected from financing foreign armed groups towards the reconstruction of the country's infrastructure, specifically in water supply, electricity, and fuel systems," Pahlavi stated.

The transitional system aims to eliminate corruption and monopolies, redirecting national wealth towards the development of healthcare, education, and the fight against poverty. According to Pahlavi, the greatest wealth of Iran is not its oil and gas, but its people. "I promise to invest in human capital, rejoin the global economy, and restore the country's economic stability, growth, and prosperity," he added.

Pahlavi emphasized that these are not empty promises, but commitments he intends to fulfill alongside the Iranian people.
