Azerbaijan's Position Communicated; Awaiting Results of Iranian Investigation: Bayramov

Yesterday, drone attacks were carried out from the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, resulting in the death of four people.

According to the APA news agency, this was announced by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. The Foreign Minister emphasized that the incident is unacceptable.

“Azerbaijan's state position was communicated yesterday, the Iranian ambassador was summoned to the Foreign Ministry, and our expectations were conveyed. Everyone was able to hear the messages delivered by President Ilham Aliyev at the Security Council meeting yesterday. The Iranian side promised to investigate this matter, and we are soon expecting the results of this investigation,” he stated.
