Arshak Srbyan Released from Detention: Lawyer

Arshak Srbyan has been released from detention. This was reported by lawyer Arsen Babayan.

“Arshak Srbyan has been immediately released from detention by the ruling of the appeal court judge A. Nikoghosyan,” the lawyer wrote.

It is reminded that Arshak Srbyan was arrested on December 4. The Investigative Committee reported that a public criminal prosecution had been initiated against him under Article 393, Part 2, Points 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code (illegally selling narcotic substances by a group of individuals with prior agreement in a public place).
