Former Commander of the Second Army Corps to Surrender 452 Million Drams
The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted a lawsuit from the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the confiscation of illegally obtained property. The department handling the confiscation of illegally obtained assets at the Prosecutor General's Office has submitted a demand to the court to confiscate from individuals associated with the former head of the weaponry department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia and the former commander of the Second Army Corps, Poghoss Lyovayi Poghossian (Poghoss Poghossian passed away in 2024) in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
- Two real estate properties located in Yerevan.
- 451,540,000 drams.
