At least 104 attacks recorded in Iran in the last 24 hours: 1,097 dead, 5,402 injured

The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reports that in the last 24 hours, as of March 3, 2026, at 17:00 (ET), at least 104 attacks were recorded across 19 provinces of Iran, resulting in 31 casualties and injuries, including both civilians and military personnel.

Civilian and military casualties
According to the latest confirmed data from HRANA, 15 civilians have been killed, 1 civilian injured, and 12 military personnel have lost their lives. Meanwhile, 10 incidents involving casualties or injuries are still being verified. Further clarifications are ongoing regarding whether the deceased or injured individuals were civilians or military personnel.

Damaged objects
In the last day, reports have been made about the damage or striking of 34 objects, including several military bases, 2 medical centers, and 1 residential area. The precise status of these objects—in terms of whether they are civilian, military, dual-use, or specially protected structures—is still under investigation. Notably, both directly struck and adjacent objects affected by the strikes have been recorded.

General data since the conflict began
Since the onset of the conflict on February 28, HRANA has recorded the following overall figures: 1,097 civilian deaths, including 181 children under the age of 18, and 5,402 civilian injuries, of which 100 are children. Additionally, 880 reported deaths are still undergoing verification, and their final classification has not been completed.

Data collection methodology
HRANA notes that data is collected through field reports, local sources, connections with medical and emergency services, as well as the aggregation of information from open sources. If the information cannot yet be definitively confirmed, the cases are classified as unverified and continue to be investigated. The organization also emphasizes that the rapid changes in the situation, limited access to some areas, and communication disruptions may affect the completeness of the currently available data.
