Anti-Corruption Committee Actively Works on Detecting Electoral Crimes, Nahapetyan
The Anti-Corruption Committee is actively working on the detection, prevention, and investigation of electoral crimes, as it has in the past and continues to do so now. This was stated by the Chairman of the Committee, Arthur Nahapetyan, during the presentation of the Committee's activities for 2025 in the National Assembly, in response to a question from Civil Contract faction MP Alkhaz Ghazaryan regarding whether there have been recorded cases of electoral violations.
"At this moment, I will refrain from providing data on recorded cases, as many of them are under confidential investigative actions. However, I want to assure that all possible electoral crimes are being thoroughly examined by the Anti-Corruption Committee. Reports concerning these crimes, as well as data disseminated in the media, are meticulously investigated, and in cases where there are sufficient grounds, we will initiate criminal procedural actions," said Arthur Nahapetyan.
