Nikol Pashinyan Sends Condolences to Iranian President

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a condolence telegram to Masoud Pezeshkiyan, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, regarding the victims recorded among the Iranian leadership and citizens. This was reported by the Government of Armenia.

"Your Excellency, we are following the developments occurring around Iran with great concern. Please accept my condolences regarding the victims among the leadership and citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran. We will always remember the personal role of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ali Khamenei, in the development of Armenia-Iran relations. In this difficult moment, we hope for the prompt establishment of peace and stability in the Middle East.

Taking this opportunity, I wish you patience and to the friendly and neighboring people of Iran, peace and resilience," the statement from the Armenian government reads.
