If Iran Faces Defeat, It Will Affect Armenia: Ambassador

In my opinion, this aggression and actions directly threaten regional security and peace. This was stated by the Iranian ambassador to Armenia, Khalil Shirgolami, during a press conference addressing concerns among experts and Iranologists regarding the realistic dangers that may threaten Armenia and potential tensions in the region.

“The continuation of these actions will create unfavorable conditions for all countries in the region. The security of our friendly and neighboring Republic of Armenia is extremely important for us; the territorial integrity of Armenia is a red line for us,” he emphasized.

Khalil Shirgolami also stressed that it is their wish for Armenia to never suffer as a result of the actions of those violating international laws. He noted that if Iran were to face defeat, it would also have repercussions for Armenia.
