Criminal Proceedings Initiated in Connection with Soldier's Death

On February 26, a soldier was found dead, prompting the initiation of criminal proceedings. During the preliminary investigation, public criminal prosecution has been initiated against one person under Article 155, Part 2, Clause 7 of the Criminal Code (murder). According to Auroranews.am, the Investigative Committee has confirmed that the individual has been detained.

It is worth noting that earlier, the Ministry of Defense announced that on February 26, the body of soldier Narek Hamleti Hakobyan was discovered.
