Ruzanna Gurgeni Khachatryan, the wife of Seyran Ohanyan, has been charged with organizing and directing the falsification of evidence by Anna Badalyan and Karine Margaryan in a civil case from December 13, 2021, to June 23, 2022. She is also accused of conducting illegal actions concerning properties subject to civil case restrictions, resulting in their illegal alienation. Additionally, from 2022 to 2024, as a person obligated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia to submit a declaration, she is accused of concealing information about two properties subject to declaration, leading to the non-declaration of particularly large assets.

Anna Tigrani Badalyan has been charged for, under the organization and supervision of her aunt, Ruzanna Khachatryan, collaborating with Karine Margaryan to falsify evidence in a civil case during the same period. She is also accused of participating in illegal actions concerning properties subject to restriction in the civil case, which manifested in the illegal alienation of those properties.

Karine Hovsepi Margaryan has been charged for falsifying evidence in a civil case in collaboration with Anna Badalyan under Ruzanna Khachatryan's organization and guidance, as well as assisting in performing illegal actions regarding properties subject to civil restrictions, which resulted in their illegal alienation.

It should be noted that this case will be adjudicated by Judge Aram Grigoryan, a former prosecutor.
