Our Relations with Russia Are in a Transformational Phase: Nikol Pashinyan
We currently do not need a large nuclear power plant; therefore, according to the assessment of our experts, we need to have a small modular nuclear power plant, stated Nikol Pashinyan in Poland.
“Right now we are discussing this possibility with the USA, Russia, North Korea, France, and China, seeking the best offer for our country. We do not have a final decision yet as we are studying various proposals,” he said.
Nikol Pashinyan also spoke about the relations between Russia and Armenia: “The CSTO did not adequately respond to the security challenges facing Armenia; on the other hand, we say that our relations with Russia are in a phase of transformation, and we are shaping new relations with the Russian Federation,” Pashinyan said.
