MoH Clarifies Delays in Healthcare Workers' Salaries

The Ministry of Health of Armenia has clarified that healthcare workers in polyclinics receive their salaries in two parts: for services rendered as per the state order and for services provided under the Universal Health Insurance framework. It is noted that the reimbursements for state-ordered medical services have already been processed.

Considering that this is the first month of the insurance system's implementation, additional time has been granted to medical centers to facilitate reimbursements under the new system. This allows for the entry and adjustment of new services that have been recently added to the performance metrics.
