Even the Strongest Army Can Receive a 'Heavy' Blow: Khamenei Threatens Trump

The Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has responded to U.S. President Donald Trump's statements regarding assessments of the power of the American military. This was reported by APA.

In his speech, Khamenei noted that Trump frequently emphasizes the strength of the U.S. military, claiming it to be the strongest in the world. "But even the strongest army in the world can sometimes receive a blow from which it cannot rise. They keep saying they are sending warships to the shores of Iran. Yes, those ships are very dangerous. But even more dangerous is the weapon that can send them to the bottom of the sea," Khamenei stated.

He emphasized that Trump cannot destroy the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is worth noting that in one of his recent speeches, the U.S. President complained to his people about his inability to destroy the Islamic Republic for the past 47 years. "That's a good confession," Khamenei added.
