Kyiv Regime Has Become an International Terrorist Cell: Zakharova

The Kyiv regime has transformed into an international terrorist cell with neo-Nazi overtones, stated Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"I have a question for tens of thousands of global experts on international terrorism. Where are you all? Why, for example, was there no round table or panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference on the topic of how the Kyiv regime has evolved from a democracy-developing puppet regime into an international terrorist cell, characterized by its unique traits, namely neo-Nazi overtones?" she said.

"After carrying out terrorist attacks against the civilian population, the Kyiv regime immediately returns to the crime scene to kill those civilians who represent social services, emergency services, and, of course, doctors, who evoke a special bitterness and particular animal hatred," she concluded.
