What is the Situation on the Republic's Highways

As of February 15 at 10:05 AM, all interstate and republican highways in Armenia are open. Organizations responsible for road maintenance continue to carry out snow removal and treatment with salt and sand. This information is reported by the Road Department.

Due to adverse weather conditions, including heavy snowfall and lack of visibility, roads are occasionally closed for safety reasons. The Vardenyats Pass is closed to all types of vehicles due to heavy snowfall and visibility issues.
