After Elon Musk's decision to disable Starlink satellite connectivity, nearly 90 percent of Russian military units have lost stable connection. This was reported by the British publication The Telegraph, referring to the counteroffensive actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the successes of Ukrainian forces along the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.

The publication notes that additional issues have also arisen for Russian troops due to restrictions on the Telegram platform. The Telegraph further reports that Ukraine is striking deep into Russian territory, attempting to counter the perception that Moscow holds an advantage in the war.

According to the publication, a strike was launched on a munitions depot near Volgograd using
