The Risk of Losing the State Has Been Overcome Today. Pashinyan

In 2018, I spoke about changing the cycle of our history, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced during a discussion on his book, "The Other Side of the Earth."

“But the day before yesterday during a meeting, I told the students that I am confident we have changed the cycle of our history. I even know the day it happened. In April-May 2024, we were faced with the issue of potentially losing our state within a month. At that time, there was a delimitation process, and there was significant resistance in Armenia. I remember we had a consultation in the Government with an expanded composition of the Security Council, and the main question was that if there is such large resistance, we should postpone the delimitations decisions. And at that moment, I realized that if we took that path, the cycle of history that began in 1990 would close, and we decided, no matter how difficult it was, to go down that road. We followed this path, and I can confidently say that the challenge we set for ourselves in 2018 has been accomplished; the risk of losing the state has been overcome today,” he stated.
