The Parties Involved in Ukraine's Negotiation Process Have Narrowed Down Controversial Issues, Rubio

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has indicated that the parties involved in Ukraine's negotiation process have succeeded in narrowing down the list of controversial issues, but the remaining topics are the most challenging.

“We will continue to explore the possibility of an outcome that Russia will accept,” he told participants at the Munich Security Conference.

The Secretary also noted that the United States believes that a resolution to the Ukraine conflict must be fair and sustainable.
