I am confident that after signing the Peace Agreement, our captives will return home. This was stated by Sergey Bagratyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, in a conversation with journalists, referring to Aliyev's statement that the captives in Baku are serious criminals and that their return should not be expected.

“I am confident they will return; the harsh rhetoric still somewhat remains on the Azerbaijani side,” he said.

Referring to the Constitution, Sergey Bagratyan noted that there are problematic points in the Constitution that require amendments.
