Europe Must Participate in Ukraine Negotiations, Not Just 'Watch from the Sidelines': China's Foreign Minister
Europe must actively participate in negotiations surrounding Ukraine, rather than just 'watching from the sidelines'. This was stated by China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi at the Munich Security Conference.
'Europe should not be on the menu, it should be at the table,' he added.
At the same time, the Chinese foreign minister welcomed plans by European leaders to resume dialogue with Russia.
