The third round of negotiations regarding Ukraine will take place in Geneva on February 17 and 18. This was announced today by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.

He noted, “They will again be trilateral, with the Russian delegation headed by the President's assistant, Vladimir Medinsky.”
