Europe Must Be Ready for Negotiations with Russia, Macron

Europe must be prepared for negotiations with Russia concerning the future of the continent, stated French President Emmanuel Macron after the EU leaders' summit.

“We, Europeans, have issues to discuss. That’s why we need to be at the negotiating table when it comes to prosperity, Europe’s future, and its security architecture. All of this must now be prepared at the European level so that we can be ready for discussions with Russia when the time comes,” said the French President.
