EU Hinders Kyiv from Making Concessions on Conflict Resolution, Zakharova Says

It is the European Union that is hindering the Kyiv regime from making concessions to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“At this stage, it is indeed the European Union that is preventing the Kyiv regime from making any concessions, promising to provide everything necessary to continue military operations,” she said during a briefing.
