Ttujur-Navour Highway Closed for All Types of Vehicles

The Rescue Service informs that the highway in the Republic of Armenia is mostly passable. However, roads are closed in the Aragatsotn region from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari.

The Ttujur-Navour highway is closed for all types of vehicles. The Ijevan-Noyemberyan highway is closed for trucks with trailers. The roads from the Jerkuk intersection to Sisian in Syunik province are also closed for vehicles with trailers, while the section from Gorayk to "Zanger" is difficult to pass for all types of vehicles.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers and is difficult to navigate for other types of vehicles. The road leading to the city of Jermuk is difficult for vehicles with trailers.

Drivers are advised to drive exclusively on winter tires.

As for Lars, according to the information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the crisis management center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
