Precipitation Expected Across the Republic

Throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia, precipitation is expected in various regions from February 9 to 13. In the foothill and valley areas, there will be mixed rain and snow, while in mountainous regions, it will predominantly be in the form of snow. In some mountainous areas, blizzards are expected, accompanied by low horizontal visibility. This information has been provided by the Hydro-meteorological and Monitoring Center.

It is noted that on February 9-10, an increase in wind speed is also expected in certain areas, reaching 13-16 m/s. The air temperature is expected to gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees during the daytime on February 10-11, and will rise by the same amount on February 12-13.

In Yerevan, brief showers of rain and mixed rain and snow are expected periodically from February 9 to 13. On February 9, the daytime temperature in the capital will range from 6-8 degrees, while in the evening, it is expected to be +4 to +6 degrees.
