Zelensky on Upcoming Personnel Changes in Ukraine's Air Force

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced in an evening video address that personnel changes are expected in Ukraine's Air Force. According to him, these changes are necessitated by the need to combat Russian strike drones, specifically the "Shaheds."

Zelensky emphasized that the short-range air defense component, which focuses on countering strike drones, must operate significantly more efficiently and should not allow the current problems to persist.

"Defensive lines have been built better in certain directions, but there are areas where work is still needed, and quite serious work at that," the Ukrainian president remarked. He added that both organizational and personnel decisions are essential for improving the situation.
