HETC Subscriber Service Information Center Disrupted; Public Criminal Prosecution Initiated

Based on reports submitted by the Armenia Electric Networks Company (HETC), the investigation department of the RA Investigative Committee in Yerevan has initiated a criminal case. It has been revealed that on December 17 and December 26, 2025, S.N. and D.H. exhibited a blatant disregard for moral norms while using communication technologies, uttering insults and engaging in hooliganism that hampered the normal operation of the HETC subscriber service information center.

This information was provided by the RA Investigative Committee. A public criminal prosecution has been initiated against them under Article 297, Part 2, Clause 3 of the Criminal Code (Hooliganism committed using information or communication technologies). The investigation into the criminal case is ongoing.

Notice: The accused is presumed innocent of the crime until proven guilty in accordance with the procedures established by the Criminal Procedure Code, through a legally enforceable court judgment.
