Dmitriev Announces Progress in Ukraine Negotiations

There is progress regarding a peace agreement with Ukraine, despite the "war provocateurs" from Great Britain and Europe. This was stated by Kirill Dmitriev, the special representative of the Russian President, while summarizing the results of negotiations in Abu Dhabi.

"The second day of negotiations in Abu Dhabi has begun. We are working in the same formats as yesterday, with trilateral consultations and group work," said Umierov.

The previous round of negotiations took place in Abu Dhabi on January 23-24. As in the last meeting, the Russian delegation is led by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Admiral Igor Kostyukov. The American delegation again includes special envoys of President Donald Trump, Steve Biegun and Jared Kushner.

It is worth noting that Ukraine and Russia entered the second day of negotiations in Abu Dhabi, mediated by the United States, to discuss possible pathways to ending the war. This was announced by the chief Ukrainian negotiator Rustem Umierov, according to Reuters.
