We Have Removed Transportation Restrictions from Azerbaijan to Armenia: Aliyev

“During these months (the period following the Washington summit), we have contributed to the development of our relations. We have not only removed transportation and navigation restrictions from Azerbaijan to Armenia, but we have also expanded cooperation in other areas,” said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the ceremony for the awarding of the 'Zayed' Award for Human Brotherhood.

“In these six months, we have started cooperation. Now we are expanding our trade relations, and in my meeting with my Armenian counterpart, we discussed our future path,” the head of state emphasized.

“I would also like to thank US President Donald Trump for his contribution to establishing peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia,” he added.
