Restaurant Owner in Gugark Shoots Dog with a Gun; Documents Submitted to Investigative Department
On February 2, the Gugark Community Police Department received operational information indicating that on January 31, around 11:30 AM, gunshots were heard from the area of a restaurant located at the beginning of the village of Gugark and a nearby gas station. Due to the measures taken, it was established that the gunfire was initiated by the operator of the restaurant, a 54-year-old man from Vanadzor, thus violating public order.
After explanatory work, he reported that he had killed a dog with his owned weapon. It was also found that the dog belonged to a 36-year-old employee of the gas station. The prepared documents and the 54-year-old man have been submitted to the Lori Regional Investigative Department. The circumstances are still under investigation.
