He presented Samvel Karapetyan's economic program, one of the provisions of which concerns changes in the tax policy, stating that small businesses should be exempt from taxes in order to be able to develop.

'Good news for small businesses: first, you won’t be paying taxes, second, you won’t meet the tax inspector,' he said.
