American soldiers must bid farewell to their families in the event of an attack on Iran, called on Ebrahim Azizi, head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of Iran’s Parliament, on social media platform X.

“I hope that if America makes a mistake based on the miscalculations of a misguided president, its soldiers in the region will have to bid farewell to their families,” he wrote.

Since January 8, the protests have grown more widespread. This has been ignited by Reza Pahlavi, the son of the overthrown Shah of Iran in 1979, who has called for strikes and the occupation of strategically important streets and facilities, and has requested Trump’s intervention.
