Former Police Chief Valery Osipyan and His Wife Summoned to Prosecutor's Office

Former Police Chief Valery Osipyan and his wife were summoned to the prosecutor's office today. This was reported by Panorama.am, citing "Azdarar." The notification was entered into the system early this morning. Accordingly, the former official is required to appear at the prosecutor's office today at 17:45.

If it is impossible to appear at the specified date and time, it is necessary to call in advance to coordinate a new date and time.

The Department for the Recovery of Illegal Assets of the RA Prosecutor General's Office has examined the legality of the property owned by former Police Chief Valery Osipyan and his wife, Lusine Tadevosyan, resulting in the preparation of a summary document. They have been sent a notice to appear at the prosecutor's office within a month to familiarize themselves with the case materials and to submit their position and declaration.

It is worth noting that Valery Osipyan was appointed as the Police Chief of Armenia in 2018 and was relieved of his duties in 2019.
