Which Foreigners Can Obtain a Mobile ID (mID) in Armenia
The Migration and Citizenship Service informs that foreigners in Armenia can obtain a Mobile ID (mID) if they have a Public Service Number and any of the following documents: a temporary residence card, a permanent residence card, a special passport, or a document confirming the legality of residence.
“We also inform that currently there are no queues for applicants of identification cards in several regions; citizens can register for a visit on the same day. In Yerevan, the capacity is limited, and there are still queues due to the registration requirement. Displaced persons from Artsakh can activate their electronic signature with temporary protection (refugee) certificates,” the statement said.
