No expertise has ever confirmed the participation of Archbishop Arshak in the well-known video, stated the lawyer of the Holy Father, Arsen Babayan.
“A statement has been published on the Facebook page of the Armenian Apostolic Church's Western Diocese of North America, which contains the following in its first point: ‘1. The Supreme Patriarch, disregarding the opinion of the committee he himself established and the conclusions of the investigations, concealed an indecent incident involving Archbishop Arshak Khachaturyan.’
As the procedural representative of Archbishop Arshak Khachaturyan, I officially state that, so far, there is no existing expertise that confirms the authenticity of the mentioned video; therefore, no expertise has ever confirmed the participation of Archbishop Arshak in the well-known video,” noted the lawyer.
