The Lease Agreement Between HEC and Teks CJSC Has Been Terminated

The Armenian Electric Networks CJSC announces that the lease agreement concluded between HEC CJSC and Teks CJSC on March 1, 2021, has been terminated. Under this agreement, the lessor was obliged to hand over the electric poles owned by it throughout the territory of the Republic of Armenia for use and possession in exchange for payment.

According to the provisions stipulated in the agreement, the rights and obligations of Teks CJSC as the contractor will be transferred to the company as a result of the contract termination, effective from January 1, 2026, under the newly signed service provision agreement.

Considering the above, we inform all interested individuals and organizations that, in order to continue the provision of paid services for the installation of fiber optic cables and equipment through the company’s electric poles, it is necessary to conclude contracts with the Armenian Electric Networks CJSC. Therefore, all individuals or organizations that had contracts with Teks CJSC during their activities regarding the provision of services for the installation of fiber optic cables and equipment are invited to contact a representative of the responsible division of the Armenian Electric Networks CJSC by January 31 of this year to sign a new contract.
