The Minister of Economy of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan, announced that 139,933 tourists visited Armenia in December, marking the highest figure for that month in the history of previous years.

He noted that the performance from May to December of this year has also been the best in Armenia's history.

“This year we have had 2,263,642 tourists, which is 2.5% higher than last year's figures,” said Papoyan. As for the historically highest figures, he stated that they were recorded in 2023.
