Who are the Candidates for the Head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service?
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has begun the search for the head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), reports RBC-Ukraine.
The publication's source indicates that candidates for the position include diplomat Dmytro Kuleba, military officer Andriy Biletsky, and intelligence officer Vasyl Maliuk.
“The President was also considering Biletsky; he is a good organizer and could create a more combat-ready version of the Foreign Intelligence Service so that we can establish our own version of Mossad, capable of catching enemies anywhere,” the source said.
Recently, President Volodymyr Zelensky made personnel changes within the Foreign Intelligence Service. The relevant decrees have been published on the president's official website.
Zelensky also appointed Serhiy Kyslytsia, who held the position of Deputy Foreign Minister, as the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
