Umerev on Zelensky, Trump, and European Leaders' Negotiations

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerev, has stated that discussions are ongoing regarding a possible format for negotiations involving the President of Ukraine, former U.S. President Donald Trump, and leaders from several European countries.

According to Umerev, key elements related to approaches for ending the war have been discussed during these meetings. He noted that the parties have attempted to examine potential solutions in a substantive manner.

Particular attention has been given to potential formats for further high-level communications involving Ukraine, European partners, and the United States. The mechanisms through which political dialogue can continue have also been discussed.
