Armenia Among Major Importers of Russian Chocolate

In the first nine months of 2025, the largest importers of Russian chocolate have included Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Uzbekistan. This is evidenced by calculations presented by RIA Novosti, based on open sources and data from the UN Comtrade platform.

According to the data from the Agricultural Export center, Kazakhstan imported chocolate from Russia amounting to approximately $192 million from January to September. During the same period, Belarus' import volume was around $123 million, while Uzbekistan purchased more than $68 million worth of Russian chocolate.

These three countries have been deemed the largest buyers of Russian chocolate during this period. The top five also includes Azerbaijan with $48 million in imports, and Armenia, where the import volume was estimated at about $28.5 million. Following in the ranking are Kyrgyzstan with $26.1 million, Georgia with $19.5 million, and China with $14.4 million in imports.
