Whitcoff and Kushner Depart for Élysée Palace to Attend 'Coalition of Volunteers' Closed Meeting

U.S. Special Envoy Stephen Whitcoff and Jared Kushner have departed for the Élysée Palace in Paris to participate in a closed meeting of the 'Coalition of Volunteers' aimed at supporting Ukraine. Ukrainian media outlets report that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will also attend the meeting.

Other attendees include French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.

The parties will discuss a common vision regarding proposed ceasefire parameters, potential responses to violations, and the possibility of deploying multinational forces in Ukraine.
