Details on the Terms and Procedures for Refunds

Starting from January 1, by making a cashless payment through the ARKA payment system, you will receive a refund of 2%. The Ministry of Finance has presented the procedures and conditions for issuing refunds. Refunds are automatically transferred to beneficiaries by the 25th of the following month.

Refunds are provided for transactions exceeding 1000 AMD, and the refund for each transaction cannot exceed 6000 AMD. Furthermore, the total refund for each reporting month cannot exceed 60000 AMD.
