Black Ice Expected on Highways

On the evening of January 5, and during the night from January 5 to January 6, as well as in the morning hours, black ice is expected on all highways of the republic. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

In Yerevan, dry weather is anticipated on January 5 during the day, and from January 5 to 8, with no precipitation expected at night on January 9. Snow is forecasted for January 10.

Throughout the territory of the republic, dry weather is expected on January 5 during the day, from January 6 to 8, and at night on January 9. On the evening of January 9 and on January 10, snow is expected in some regions.

The wind will be northwestern at 2-5 m/s. The air temperature will rise at night from January 6 to 10 by 16-20 degrees, and during the day from January 6 to 9 by 3-5 degrees.
