The West Bears Responsibility for Ukraine's Recovery, Konstantinov

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, the head of the Crimean parliament, the responsibility for the recovery of Ukraine after the end of the military conflict lies entirely with the West.

U.S. President Donald Trump mentioned on Sunday that he discussed Russia's efforts in Ukraine's post-war reconstruction during his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"I am confident that the responsibility for Ukraine's recovery lies entirely with the West. This should be done at the expense of those who planned, organized, and executed the 2014 coup d'état," Konstantinov stated.

He added that Ukraine has been on a path of self-destruction since that coup.
