Sufficient Evidence Collected: The Investigation into Blogger Arsen Margaryan's Case Concluded

The investigation into blogger Arsen Margaryan, accused of reviving Nazism, has concluded, reported the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to RIA Novosti.

"The criminal investigation against Arsen Margaryan has been completed. Investigators have gathered sufficient evidence, and therefore the criminal case has been submitted to court," the statement reads.

He is accused of insulting the memory of the defenders of the homeland and reviving Nazism. According to the investigation, in March 2025, Margaryan published a video containing information that insults the memory of the defenders of the homeland. The video reportedly exhibits a contemptuous and negative attitude toward the memory and heroic deeds of Alexander Matrosov, a hero of the USSR and a defender of the homeland.

Moreover, Margaryan also released a video in which he justifies Nazi ideology and actions related to the extermination of groups based on national identity.

The blogger has been charged and arrested. It is emphasized that Margaryan fully confessed to his guilt during the interrogation.
