Snow Expected: Temperatures to Decrease in Armenia
In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, dry weather is expected during the day on December 30, at night on December 31, and on January 3. On December 31 and January 2, snow is expected in certain regions during the day, while a significant part of the regions will experience snow on the nights of January 1 and 2. In the morning hours, black ice is anticipated on all highways across the republic. On December 29, during the day, and on December 30-31, there will be gusts of wind of 17-20 m/s in some areas.
The air temperature will rise by 8-10 degrees at night on January 1, then gradually decrease by the same amount on January 2-3. In Yerevan, snow is expected during the day on December 31, on January 1, and on the night of January 2. Dry weather is anticipated on December 30, at night on December 31, during the day on January 2, and on the 3rd.
In the capital, on the day of December 30, temperatures will range from -1 to +1 degrees, while in the evening, it will be 3-5 degrees cold.
