Snow, Black Ice: Temperatures to Drop by 8-10 Degrees in Armenia

In the morning hours, black ice is expected on all roadways in the Republic of Armenia. This information has been provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

On December 29, light snow is anticipated in various regions during the day. Winds will be from the northwest at 2-5 m/s.

The air temperature is expected to gradually decrease by 8-10 degrees during the night hours of December 29-30, with a comparable rise anticipated on the night of December 31 and January 1.

In Yerevan, light snow is expected during the day on December 29. The temperature in the capital will reach 0-2 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping to between -1 and -3 degrees in the evening.
