Prosecutor's Office to Seize Apartment and Parking Space in Northern Boulevard Valued at 207 Million Dram

The Anti-Corruption Court has partially granted the Prosecutor's Office's claim for the confiscation of illegally obtained property. The partial approval of the claim is based on the position expressed in the Constitutional Court's Decision No. SDO 1776. This information was reported by the Prosecutor's Office's press service.

According to the ruling, property confiscated from Serob Harutyunyan, who has held various positions in the Ministry of Justice's Penitentiary Service, the Police, and the National Security Service, will include:

• An apartment located in Northern Boulevard valued at approximately 206 million dram as of 2021,
• 78/100 of a parking space in Northern Boulevard valued at approximately 6 million 800 thousand dram as of 2021,
• 824/1000 of another parking space in Northern Boulevard valued at approximately 6 million 800 thousand dram as of 2021,
• 2/5 of a real estate property located on Chekhov Street in Yerevan valued at approximately 105 million dram as of 2021,
• 207 million 452 thousand dram, which will be confiscated based on properties registered in the name of Serob Harutyunyan, as well as properties that actually belong to him.

The confiscation will take place after the judicial act comes into force, as stated in the announcement.
